1. Data protection at a glance

General information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. For detailed information on data protection, please refer to our privacy policy listed below this text.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint of this website.

How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected, on the one hand, by you providing it to us. This may be, for example, data that you enter into a contact form.

Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page access). The collection of this data takes place automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?

Part of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint for this and for further questions on the subject of data protection. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

In addition, you have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Details can be found in the privacy policy under “Right to restriction of processing”.

Analysis tools and third-party tools

When you visit this website, your browsing behaviour may be statistically analysed. This is done primarily with cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your browsing behaviour is generally anonymous; the browsing behaviour cannot be traced back to you.

You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. You can find detailed information about these tools and your options for objecting in the following privacy policy.

2. Hosting

External hosting

This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Our host will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil its service obligations and follow our instructions with regard to this data.

Conclusion of a contract for order processing

In order to ensure data protection-compliant processing, we have concluded a contract for order processing with our host.

3. General information and mandatory information

Data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the responsible body

The body responsible for data processing on this website is:

CellAir Construction GmbH i.I.

Rainer Goytia

Oberer Marktplatz 2

73614 Schorndorf

Germany

Phone: +49 (0)7181-99 42 441

E-mail: info@cellgym.de

The responsible body is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent that has already been given at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data concerned, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR).

If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is connected with such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will subsequently no longer be used for direct marketing purposes (objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged breach. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place to the extent that it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, deletion and correction

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint for this and for further questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

  • If the processing of your personal data was/is carried out unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

  • If we no longer need your personal data but you require it for the assertion, defence or exercise of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.

  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data — apart from being stored — may only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

Objection to advertising e-mails

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation for the transmission of unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam e-mails.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

The internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for the analysis of your browsing behaviour) are stored, these are dealt with separately in this privacy policy.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL

  • Host name of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of his website — for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this has been requested.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for the data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

Enquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us.

The data you send us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for the data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions — in particular statutory retention periods — remain unaffected.

Registration on this website

You can register on this website to use additional functions on the site. We only use the data entered for this purpose for the use of the respective offer or service for which you have registered. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration.

For important changes, for example to the scope of the offer or for technically necessary changes, we use the e-mail address provided during registration to inform you in this way.

The data entered during registration is processed for the purpose of carrying out the user relationship established by the registration and, if applicable, for the initiation of further contracts (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

The data collected during registration is stored by us for as long as you are registered on this website and is then deleted. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Registration with Facebook Connect

Instead of registering directly on this website, you can register with Facebook Connect. The provider of this service is Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.

If you decide to register with Facebook Connect and click on the “Login with Facebook” / “Connect with Facebook” button, you will automatically be redirected to the Facebook platform. There you can log in with your usage data. This will link your Facebook profile with this website or our services. Through this link, we obtain access to the data you have stored with Facebook. These are mainly:

  • Facebook name

  • Facebook profile and cover picture

  • Facebook cover picture

  • E-mail address stored on Facebook

  • Facebook ID

  • Facebook friend lists

  • Facebook Likes

  • Birthday

  • Gender

  • Country

  • Language

This data is used to set up, provide and personalise your account.

The registration with Facebook Connect and the associated data processing operations are carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

Further information can be found in the Facebook terms of use and the Facebook privacy policy. These can be found at: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/ and https://de-de.facebook.com/legal/terms/.

Comment function on this website

For the comment function on this site, in addition to your comment, information about the time the comment was created, your e-mail address and, if you do not post anonymously, the user name you have chosen are stored.

Storage of the IP address

Our comment function stores the IP addresses of users who write comments. Since we do not check comments on this website before they are activated, we need this data in order to be able to take action against the author in the event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda.

Subscribing to comments

As a user of the site, you can subscribe to comments after registering. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided. You can unsubscribe from this function at any time via a link in the information e-mails. The data entered as part of the comment subscription will then be deleted; however, if you have transmitted this data to us for other purposes and elsewhere (e.g. newsletter order), it will remain with us.

Storage period of comments

The comments and the associated data (e.g. IP address) are stored and remain on this website until the commented content has been completely deleted or the comments have to be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive comments).

Legal basis

The storage of comments takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke any consent you have given at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content design or amendment of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data on the use of this website (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill them for it.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transmission upon conclusion of a contract for services and digital content

We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the course of contract processing, for example to the credit institution commissioned to process payments.

Further transmission of the data does not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

5. Analysis tools and advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

IP anonymisation

We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Browser plugin

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Objection to data collection

You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which prevents the collection of your data on future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.

More information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

Order processing

We have concluded an order processing contract with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics

This website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. This makes it possible to create reports that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising by Google as well as from visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section “Objection to data collection”.

Storage period

Data stored by Google at user and event level that is linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. User ID) or advertising IDs (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID) is anonymised or deleted after 14 months. Details can be found at the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=en

WordPress Stats

This website uses the WordPress tool Stats to statistically evaluate visitor accesses. The provider is Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110-4929, USA.

WordPress Stats uses cookies that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about the use of this website is stored on servers in the USA. Your IP address is anonymised after processing and before storage.

“WordPress Stats” cookies remain on your end device until you delete them.

The storage of “WordPress Stats” cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour in order to optimise both his website and his advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

You can object to the collection and use of your data in the future by setting an opt-out cookie in your browser by clicking on this link: https://www.quantcast.com/opt-out/.

If you delete the cookies on your computer, you will have to set the opt-out cookie again.

Facebook Pixel

This website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”), for conversion measurement.

This makes it possible to track the behaviour of site visitors after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimised.

The collected data is anonymous for us as the operator of this website, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy. This enables Facebook to display advertisements on Facebook pages and outside Facebook. We as the site operator cannot influence this use of the data.

The use of Facebook Pixel is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective advertising measures, including social media. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

In Facebook's privacy policy, you will find further information on the protection of your privacy: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

You can also deactivate the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function in the ad settings section at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do so, you must be logged in to Facebook.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can deactivate usage-based advertising from Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

6. Newsletter

Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke the consent given to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data deposited with us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected.

After you have unsubscribed from the newsletter distribution list, your e-mail address may be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with the legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The storage in the blacklist is not limited in time. You can object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.

Klick-Tipp

This website uses Klick-Tipp for sending newsletters. The provider is KLICK-TIPP LIMITED, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd's Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom.

Klick-Tipp is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organised and analysed. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is stored on the servers of Klick-Tipp.

Data analysis by Klick-Tipp

When we send newsletters with the help of Klick-Tipp, we can determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on.

Klick-Tipp also enables us to subdivide the newsletter recipients on the basis of various categories (so-called tagging). The newsletter recipients can be subdivided, for example, by gender, personal preferences (e.g. vegetarian or non-vegetarian) or customer relationship (e.g. customer or potential customer). In this way, the newsletters can be better adapted to the respective target groups. Further information can be found at: https://www.klick-tipp.com and https://www.klick-tipp.com/handbuch.

If you do not want analysis by Klick-Tipp, you must therefore unsubscribe from the newsletter. We provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message for this purpose. Furthermore, you can also unsubscribe from the newsletter directly on the website.

Legal basis

Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

Storage period

Further information can be found in the Klick-Tipp privacy policy at: https://www.klick-tipp.com/datenschutzerklaerung.

Conclusion of a contract for order processing

We have concluded a contract for order processing with Klick-Tipp, in which we oblige Klick-Tipp to protect the data of our customers and not to pass it on to third parties.

7. Plugins and tools

Vimeo

This website uses plugins from the Vimeo video portal. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

If you visit one of our pages equipped with a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. The Vimeo server is informed which of our pages you have visited. In addition, Vimeo obtains your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have a Vimeo account. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to the Vimeo server in the USA.

If you are logged in to your Vimeo account, you allow Vimeo to assign your browsing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account.

The use of Vimeo is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Further information on the handling of user data can be found in Vimeo's privacy policy at: https://vimeo.com/privacy.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. A connection to Google servers does not take place in this process.

Google Maps (with consent)

This website uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To ensure data protection on this website, Google Maps is deactivated when you first enter this website. A direct connection to Google servers is only established when you activate Google Maps yourself (consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). In this way, it is prevented that your data is already transmitted to Google when you first enter the page.

After activation, Google Maps will store your IP address. This is then generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission after the activation of Google Maps.

More information on how user data is handled can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Zendesk

We use the Zendesk CRM system to process user enquiries. The provider is Zendesk, Inc., 1019 Market Street in San Francisco, CA 94103 USA.

We use Zendesk to be able to process your enquiries quickly and efficiently. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the legitimate interest on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

As a US provider, Zendesk is Privacy Shield certified and thereby undertakes to comply with EU data protection law. In addition, we have concluded a contract for order processing (Data Processing Agreement, DPA) with Zendesk. This ensures that Zendesk only uses user data within the framework of the EU data protection standards exclusively for processing the enquiries and does not pass them on to third parties.

You can submit enquiries by providing only your e-mail address and without providing your name.

Furthermore, you can also send us enquiries via our chat window. In this case, we store your IP address in addition to your chat messages. Providing your name is not necessary for the chat.

The data you enter in the contact form or in the chat will remain with us until you request us to delete it or the purpose for the data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

If you do not agree to the processing of your enquiry by us via Zendesk, you can alternatively contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax.

Further information can be found in Zendesk's privacy policy: https://www.zendesk.de/company/customers-partners/privacy-policy/.

Amazon uses cookies for this purpose in order to be able to trace the origin of the orders. This enables Amazon to recognise that you have clicked on the partner link on this website.

The storage of “Amazon cookies” is based on Art. 6 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in this, as only the cookies make it possible to determine the amount of his affiliate remuneration.

Further information on the use of data by Amazon can be found in Amazon's privacy policy: https://www.amazon.de/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=footer_privacy?ie=UTF8&nodeId=3312401.

If you click on one of the links, you will call up a website on the Digistore24 server.

Our server does not transmit any data to Digistore24 in this process; instead, the data is — as with every website call-up — transmitted from your web browser to Digistore24. We have no influence on the extent to which your web browser transmits data to Digistore24.

Please refer to the Digistore24 privacy policy for further information on the scope of Digistore24 with data from website call-ups: https://www.digistore24.com/dataschutz
