  • If processing was/is unlawful, you can request restriction instead of erasure.
  • If we no longer need the data but you need them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, you can request restriction instead of erasure.
  • If you object under Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balance must be struck between your interests and ours. Pending clarification, you have the right to request restriction of processing.

Objection to promotional emails
